know Splinter Cell will probably win in a landslide, but I
vote for the little game that could: Buffy the Vampire. Its
not just that I am a huge fan of the show, but that I'm a
huge fan of the show that expected this game to suck in more
ways than just one. This game suprised me that it could 1)
capture the look and feel of the first 2 seasons of Buffy
perfectly, 2) have a story I could actually respect and
enjoy as a fan of the show, 3) back it up with the deepest
and most enjoyable combat ever in a beat-um-up, and 4) give
me a newfound faith in the talent of a little company called
the Collective, who I predict will be the next Neversoft. A
side note for the future, keep an eye out for their Indiana
