KOTOR Goes Gold

LucasArts announced today that the highly anticipated Xbox RPG title, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, has gone gold and should hit the streets in North America on July 16^th.

LucasArts also announced content downloads for Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic will be available for download through Xbox Live in the Winter of 2003. This content will include new weapons and items that can be used in the main quest.

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, developed by Bioware of Neverwinter Nights and Baldur’s Gate fame, takes place 4000 years before the events of Star Wars: The Phantom Menace.
