Outlaw Content Released

After a few short delays due to bugs in the new content and a massive East Coast power outage, Hypnotix has announced the release of the first downloadable content for their over-the-top volleyball game, Outlaw Volleyball.

According to a representative from the Hypnotix forum, additions to the game include:

• A new character, Trixie, a college student from the “Sigma Tau Delta” sorority.
• Fixes to the ranking system
• Setting the default voice masking to “None”
• The ability to see a person’s rank before you play them
• A timed pause feature that will award a “Lose” for those who exploit a win by pausing a game indefinitely
• Elimination of the ability to use cheats in multiplayer games to max out a character above their actual tour skills

This update is the first of several planned downloads that reportedly includes additional characters, as well as the possibility of new features and courts.
