D&D Goes Gold
September 10, 2003

Dungeons & Dragons Heroes, the highly anticipated Xbox game from Atari, has officially gone gold.  The first Dungeons and Dragon's branded product for a next generation console will ship September 23rd, 2003 and will include the following features:

Revolutionary four-player cooperative play allows up to four players to select heroes and team up against the monstrous threat, playing cooperatively through the single-player campaign.

Play as one of four distinct hero characters drawn from different races representing the main Dungeons & Dragons classes, Fighter, Wizard, Cleric and Rogue; diverse styles of play for each Hero character ensure a different experience on subsequent play-through.

Incredible Action/RPG gameplay lets players roam through dark dungeons, fiery forges in seven distinct environments.

Authentic D&D monsters, many drawn directly from the third edition of the Dungeons & Dragons Monster Manual, including boss-monsters such as towering Iron Golems, fire-breathing Golden Dragons and horrific Beholders.

Equip Heroes with a variety of different weapons and armor types.

Collect and combine Soul Shards to unleash the power of Heroes' Ancestral Weapon.

For pre-orders, visit www.ebworld.com or www.gamestop.com and receive a free Dungeons and Dragons adventure novel.
